Vibrick Atelier (“we”, “us”, or “the studio”) is a one-person craft studio building calm, everyday apps for the digital nomad. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across our website vibrickatelier.com and our apps (AssetFlow, StockFlow, HomeFlow, BodyFlow, TaskFlow, CoFlow).

We keep collection minimal. Specifically, we may collect:

• Information you give us. When you email us or fill out a form, we receive your name, email address, and message contents.
• Information the apps store. Some apps store data you enter (e.g. financial entries, workouts, tasks). Where possible, this data is stored on your device or in an end-to-end account you own (e.g. iCloud). Where a cloud database is used, it is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Basic analytics. We may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage counts (page views, feature usage) to improve the apps. We do not collect identifiers that can be used to profile individuals.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (race, religion, health, precise location) unless you explicitly provide it inside an app whose feature requires it (e.g. exercise tracking).

• To operate and improve the studio's apps and website.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to train third-party AI models.

The studio uses a small set of trusted service providers:

• Apple. For app distribution, in-app purchases, and analytics from App Store Connect.
• Supabase / Firebase. For authentication and cloud database services where an app needs a backend.
• Vercel. For hosting this website.

Each provider maintains its own privacy practices. We only share the minimum data required to make each service work.

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information the studio holds about you. To exercise these rights, email us at support@vibrickatelier.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Material changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, in the apps.
